 Where do you ship to?

We are currently only offering USA shipping to the lower 48 states plus Hawaii and Alaska.

How long will my order take to ship?

We typically ship out packages within 5-7 business days. 

 Are your products all cruelty-free and vegan?

All products are tested on us humans! Never ever animals! We only use the safest high-quality ingredients, phthalate-free fragrance oils from vegan companies that we know and trust. **All of our products contain herbs and essential oils. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from a health condition.*

Is the glitter you use made from plastic?

No! We use biodegradable glitter on our traditional bath bombs. For our bagged products we use ethically and sustainably sourced synthetic mica for the glitter.

Will your bath bombs stain my tub?

Never! We have been doing this for over 6 years now, and we always test before listing any products on the website. Some of our bath bombs contain all natural bath melts inside though, so please use caution stepping into and out of the tub as bath bombs may contain oils that cause slippery conditions.

Do all of your bath bombs come with a crystal inside?

Short answer is no. Most of our bath bombs have crystals though, and we make sure that every bath bomb comes with a special surprise! Each description states what you will find hidden inside of your bath bomb.

**Please be cautious with using our bath bombs with young children as small objects such as our crystals are a choking hazard to them.**

Do you accept Afterpay?

We currently offer Afterpay for United States customers. Your order must be a minimum of $35 USD to qualify. You must also sign up with them for an account. It allows a purchase to be made in 4 installments due every 2 weeks. There are no additional fees as long as the payments are made on time.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on bath and body items. After your order has been shipped, all sales are final. We can ONLY offer refunds on products that arrive damaged, with a provided photo. We cannot enter coupon codes after your order has already been processed. We do not offer refunds for packages that are lost or stolen. If there is not a secure location for your package to be delivered we recommend choosing Priority Mail as your shipping option because it is insured up to 100 dollars.

Can I use a coupon/discount code after I placed my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to add any coupon codes or discount codes after an order has been placed.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel your order after 48 hours since everything is handmade to order and it is being processed after this time. Thank you for understanding! :)
