1. What We Collect
When you make a purchase, we collect the personal information you provide — name, address, email, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider, not stored by us).
When you browse our site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

- Pages viewed, time on site, and click behavior, including through session recording and heatmap tools
- Ad interaction and conversion data, shared with Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest for advertising purposes
- Site traffic and usage analytics
- Email and SMS engagement data, such as opens and clicks
- Functional data needed to run reviews, loyalty, subscriptions, upsells, and similar store features
2. Consent
By using this site, you consent to our collection and use of information as described here. For marketing emails, we ask for opt-in consent directly and you can withdraw it anytime at hello@lucidlivingco.com.

4. Shopify
Our store runs on Shopify. Your data is stored on Shopify's servers. Payment data is encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant; transaction data is deleted once your purchase is complete.

5. Other Third-Party Services
Providers we use (payment processors, Clarity, Meta) only collect what's needed to perform their service for us. Once you leave our site via a link, this policy no longer applies.
6. Security
We use SSL encryption and AES-256 storage, and follow PCI-DSS standards. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take industry-standard precautions.
7. Cookies
We use cookies for four purposes: keeping the site functional (session, cart, and app features), analytics, advertising, and marketing. Durations vary by cookie — functional cookies typically last session to a few weeks; analytics and advertising cookies typically last up to 2 years; marketing cookies persist while you're subscribed.
